Do you have modern vehicles?
Yes, all of our vehicles are within 3 years old and of a very high standard. Please note we are not your usual taxi company. We place a high importance on your comfort and our vehicles reflect this.
Do we have to share?
No, when you book our services, you book an exclusive vehicle for your sole use.
Can we share?
Yes, if we have an existing journey booked and both parties are amenable to share, then we will offer a price reduction and join the parties together. Alternatively, we regularly travel to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports and may have a vehicle either going up or coming back empty, if this journey ties in with your plans we would be able to offer a price reduction. Just contact us to check availability.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, we have a stock of child and baby seats suitable for all ages. Please advise your requirements on booking.
We have a big family, how many people can you carry?
We have vehicles ranging from 1 to 8 full passenger seats (be careful if youre shopping around, some companies offer 8 seaters but in reality the vehicles are only 7 ½ seats). We can however provide more than one vehicle for your journey and accommodate up to 50 passengers.
How do I know you will arrive at 04.00 in the morning?
We always call our passengers approximately 2 days before their outward travel date when we will confirm your travelling arrangements. We will always arrive 10 minutes early upon the designated pick up time. Rest assured, we have many clients both private and corporate who will vouch for our reliability. What if our return flight is delayed?
Upon your reservation for our Airport Transfer Service, we will ask you for your return flight details. We always check the aircraft arrival time before travelling for your collection and adjust our time accordingly, therefore should the plane be delayed, we would not charge any extra fare.
What happens if the plane arrives early?
When we take your booking, we ask you to provide us with your return flight number and timings. On the day of your return, we always check the airport flight information and would adjust our time accordingly.
May we stop en-route?
Certainly, we normally allow enough time for a convenience stop, should you prefer to stop for a meal/coffee, then please advise at the time of booking so we can ensure we have a built in time allowance for this.
Do you put 2 people in a minibus?
NO absolutely not. We do not have spit and sawdust minibuses. We have extremely comfortable luxurious people carriers and saloon cars. Please feel free to see our vehicles for details
Can I smoke in the car?
No. For the benefit of all of our clients, all our vehicles are NON-Smoking. Smokers can be accommodated with regular stops if required.
May we take as much luggage as we like?
Yes, within reason. We have some saloon cars which have a limited amount of luggage space. We do however have various people carriers of different sizes. If you have a large amount of luggage then please advise the office and we will ensure we provide a people carrier which would better suit your needs (no extra charge).
Can you accommodate people with limited mobility who need wheelchair access?
Yes, we have a vehicle that has purpose fitted ramps and wheelchair fixings for people of limited mobility.
What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept Cheques or Cash, sorry, at present we are unable to accept credit cards, but are currently trying to establish card payment methods. We are willing, however to invoice businesses and individuals retrospectively, subject to payment within a strict nett 30 day period.
